1 – Participate in at least one job fair with businesses or professional organizations whose members include substantial numbers of women & minorities.

2 – Participate in scholarship programs directed to students desiring to pursue a career in broadcasting.

3 – List each upper-level job opening in a job bank or media newsletter that reaches substantial numbers of women and minorities.

4 – Train management personnel in methods to ensure equal employment opportunities and prevent discrimination.

Brief Description:  Lee Davis reiterated the company’s commitment to equal employment opportunities.  He also encouraged all employees to look for and seek out those who might be good employees, particularly mentioning some of the new emerging ethnic groups in the area, and encouraging our employees to invite those members of ethnic groups to apply for employment.
